ESPuino Handbook¶
Welcome to the handbook for ESPuino – the RFID-controlled audio player built on the ESP32.
This handbook brings the documentation together in one place. Discussion, announcements, and support continue to happen on the ESPuino forum; this handbook is the reference source.
Focus of this handbook
This handbook describes the current Complete board. Its direct predecessor, the mini4L, only appears as a delta (chapter 16). Older development stages (early DIY builds, stripboard versions, carrier PCBs) are not covered.
State of this description: the dev branch
This handbook always describes the current state of the dev branch – in other words,
whatever most recently landed in the development version. If you're running firmware from the
master branch, a setting described here may therefore be missing or look different on your
device. The changelog tells you
what was added when.
